IRVINE, CA --AUGUST 28, 2000--Micro Express introduces the first value-priced 1.1GHz multimedia PC, the MicroFLEX 1.1G, based on the AMD AthlonT processor with performance enhancing cache. This "screamer" is the fastest PC available today. "AMD has proven to be an outstanding supplier of reliable, high-performance processors," says Art Afshar, president of Micro Express. "Micro Express PCs, with AMD processors, have been consistent #1 Best Buys in PC World's monthly Top 30 system listings. And, they have been at or near the top of almost every comparative review, regardless of the publication."
