GIGABYTE Launches Next-Gen Graphics Accelerators -Silent cell and Ultra Durable VGA

GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd., a world-leading manufacturer of top quality graphics cards today proudly unveiled the world's fastest, coolest and steady technique for graphic card solutions -Silent cell and Ultra Durable VGA.

The latest Ultra Durable VGA technology features five high quality components to provide low GPU and memory temperature, high overcolcking capability, and low power switching loss. Ultra Durable VGA features 2 oz PCB board, tier 1 Samsung/Hynix memory, Japanese solid capacitors, Ferrite Core Chokes, and Low RDS (on) MOSFET. By adapting the latest Ultra Durable VGA  technology, GIGABYTE made the upcoming next-generation graphics cards achieve the greatest total performance by delivering lower GPU temperature by 5% to 10% than non Ultra Durable VGA graphic accelerators. Additionally, Ultra Durable VGA allows overcolcking capability to increase by 10% to 30% and power switching loss to decrease by 10% to 30% compared with non Ultra Durable VGA graphic accelerators. Also, the integration of high quality components-Ferrite Core Chokes, Low RDS (on) MOSFET, and Japanese solid capacitor effectively provides longer card life.

GIGABYTE rewrites the history of silent cooling to perfect the thermal performance, introducing the state-of-the-art Silent-Cell™ Cooling Technology. GIGABYTE Silent-Cell™ Cooling features a series of crimping layered fins with Aluminum nodes all-new zero-interval precision process, furthermore, ultra-huge pure copper base with 3 high-performance heat pipes; are able to cool down the GPU up to 18°C more than by using an active fan cooling design. In addition, Silent-Cell cooler module utilizes the precision process to deliver zero-interval combination between heat pipe and fins, enhancing the overall cooling capability without any compromise from its material characteristic.

Overall, GIGABYTE Silent-Cell™ Cooling features and Benefits as:
Lowest Thermal Resistance between heat pipe and fins
Crimping Layered Fins with Aluminum nodes all-new zero-interval precision process
Ultra-huge Pure Copper Base with 3 high-performance heat pipes (285% upgrade)
Cell-division architecture amplifies natural convection design
