ARLINGTON, TX and SUNNYVALE, CA--FEBRUARY 28, 2000--GameCom, Inc. (OTC BB-GAMZ) and AMD (NYSE-AMD) today announced that AMD will provide processors to GameCom's 'Net GameLink™ interactive computer gaming system.

GameCom designed and now manufactures 'Net GameLink™, an interactive Internet gaming entertainment system that allows gamers to compete against "live" players worldwide. AMD plans to supply future 'NetGameLink™ systems with its powerful AMD Athlon™ processors. GameCom intends to launch the 'Net GameLink™ system powered by an AMD Athlon™ processor within the next 30 days.

"AMD is excited to partner with GameCom to feature the AMD Athlon processor in the new and exciting entertainment medium of interactive computer gaming," said Lee Little, director of Field Marketing at AMD.
